How to get involved

It’s easy to receive an incentive for upgrading your hot water system. Contact an accredited provider to help facilitate the upgrade.

The accredited provider will be able to explain how to participate. For example, what sort of products are eligible to be installed, what type of person can install the products (i.e. type of qualification) and what documentation needs to be completed by yourself and the installer.

The administrator of the program, the Essential Services Commission, has approved every provider and registered product under the program to meet minimum efficiency, quality and safety benchmarks.
